what should i expect to learn at the south pod summit?

You should expect to learn valuable skills and gain insights from departments across the Trinity, Redwood, and FPA Multifamily. Everything from leasing, marketing, leadership, financials, project management, etc. We will have 2 days of full-on learning alongside your peers with plenty of time for questions, comments, and concerns.

Is there a dress code for the conference days?

Yes, for conference days, please wear business casual as you would at the office. For our event Wednesday night, bring clothes you don't mind getting messed up. For dinner Thursday night, please wear cocktail attire.

Are meals provided? 

Yes! The following meals will be provided:
Tuesday: Dinner
Wednesday - Thursday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
Friday: No set meal but option to expense a meal via Regionals’ credit card

How do I get to and from the airport?

Regional managers have rented cars and will be responsible for all transportation to/from airport, to events, site tours, etc.
